REF. Petition for declassify military archives of dictatorial regimes

Dear Dr. Julio Ortiz:
This letter is a formal petition to the Bolivian Tribunal of Justice, to consider positively the request of declassification of the military records presented by the family of Juan Carlos Flores Bedregal, disappeared in 1980, in the trial against the repressors PIZARRO SOLANO AND OTHERS, by the crimes of armed rebellion, terror, murder, conspiracy, and others, docket number LP-136-09.

The declassification of military records would permit the clarification of the murder and disappearance of Juan Carlos Flores Bedregal, Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz and all those who disappeared during the coup d'etat of Luis Garcia Meza.

This petition is in defense of the human rights, against the impunity of military regimes and crimes against humanity and to condemn the injustices of the dictatorial times we have survived in Latin America.
