| The costs of the Convocation are estimated below. The organizers are raising funds and finding sponsors for international attendees. We anticipate having funds to cover some of the international participants’ airfare, hotel and registration fees. Participants might receive as much as 100% of these costs, in some cases, but would be responsible for additional meal and incidental costs not included above. |

| The Convocation policy is that scholarships be supplemented with locally raised funds. You will be asked what funds you will be raising or otherwise providing to cover your costs. |
| English will be the official language of the Convocation. We encourage you to apply with someone else from your country. |
| Applicants will also need a letter of support from a leader in their congregation detailing their contribution to their community. These letters should be emailed to us at International@icuuw.com.

Applications will be evaluated by a scholarship committee and decisions will be communicated to all applicants by September 2008. |
