IALRW meetings will be held at the Catholic (Cardinal Parecattil Memorial) Renewal Center at Azad Road, Kaloor, Ernakulam (near Kochi) Kerala, India 682017. The accommodation fee includes many extra activities, such as lunches, dinners, receptions, sightseeing, and Katakari Dance. There will also be a shuttle bus available to take us back and forth from the Hotel Gokulam Park to the Catholic Renewal Center.
Accommodations for women attending (at the Hotel Gokulam Park, Emakulum, Kerala, India) will be made through the IALRW Centennial Conference Secretariat's office in Tokyo, Japan. (Please fill out REGISTRATION FORM (PDF) and email, fax or airmail it to the Secretariat's office as soon as possible.) Women desiring to attend both the IALRW and IARF meetings --and stay in the same room for both -- can make payment for reserving a room for the entire week (including husbands, if applicable).
Payment of both the IALRW (Meeting) Registration and Accommodation (Hotel) fees should be made via bank transfer to Mitsui Sumitomo Bank in Tokyo. (See Registration form on the website for details.)
You may also download the SCHEDULE (PDF) which gives you many more details about our activities.
To learn more about the IARF (International Association for Religious Freedom) 33rd Congress, Sept. 4-7, which follows our meetings, go to their website at www.IARF.net where you can register and pay separately (via PayPal) to attend these sessions for both men and women. (Reservations to stay at the Catholic Renewal Center should be made through the IARF website.) You can also find information about Visas, which may be necessary for travel to India, on the IARF website. Please allow plenty of time to obtain a Visa, if required, and don't forget to also check your local guidelines regarding travel insurance and inoculations. There is also a list of other recommended hotels on the IARF website, if you wish to stay in one of these during the IARF portion of the meeting.
We hope to see all of you in India for the entire first week of September, where we can renew old acquaintances, and make new friends from around the world!
